TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LIMITED WARRANTY
Motorcars Acura Volvo, 18123 Rockside Rd, Bedford, OH 44146 warrants that if the exterior painted surface of any vehhicle with Auto Spa Protection should become dull, loses its gloss, or is adversely affected by bird droppings, tree sap or acid rain, Motorcars Acura Volvo will have the affected surface buffed out and re-treated with Auto Spa Protection.
Auto Spa protects the finish on your auto because it is a 2 step "system". The first step removes all of the airborne grime from the surface of the vehicle. This process prepares the painted surface to accept the second coat which gives the finish a tough shield against the elements.
This limited warranty is applicable to any privately registered motor vehicle with less than 24,000 miles/40,000 Km and is less than 2 years old, which receives an application of Auto Spa Protection and shall be warranted for the period of time agreed to, providing the vehicle is re-treated with Auto Spa Protection at the prescribed intervals. Each application extends the warranty to the next reapplication "due date". Owner will be notified by mail, went to owner's last known address according to the records maintained by Motorcars acura Volvo as to the "due date" in which to schedule an appointment for retreatment. Owner will have thirty (30) days before and/or after the scheduled "due date" in which to schedule an appointment for retreatment with Auto Spa Protection. The vehicle owner must bring in his/her vehicle to Motorcars Acura Volvo. Failure to comply within the specified sixty (60) day time frame will nullify this warranty.
SUGGESTED MAINTENANCE OF EXTERIOR: For best results, wash your vehicle often at car wah using soft cloths.
EXCLUSIONS: Not covered under this warranty is damage to the paint and chrome surface which result from accident, surface rust, rust perforation, chemically treated water, abuse, or acts of God to vehicle, its owner or others. If any terms or condition of this warranty is in conflict with State Statues where there warranty is purchased, the State Statues will control and the warranty will be performed in accordance therewithin. No warranty is available for cars with more than 24,000 miles/ 40,000 KM and more than 2 years from the origianl in-service date, but follow-up programs are available. The origianl manufacturer's warranty supersedes this warranty.
TRANSFERABILITY: This warranty is transferable.
This product is fully refundable with-in thirty days of the date of purchase.
